These are the updated single groove version.

Stock multi groove valves were not intended for high performance use, anyone building a 351C can benefit by converting to single groove valves.

Note- Single groove valves require single groove retainers and locks. Take a look at our valve spring kits as we offer many kits for single groove valves. All our single groove spring kits will work with these single groove valves. Do not try to use stock retainers w/ single groove locks as they do not fit properly and will not work.

* The problem with multi groove valves is they create an increased risk of breakage in the multi groove area. Since multi groove locks don't clamp on the stem, they allow for undesirable movement, this can lead to catastrophic engine failure. Converting to single groove is the remedy.
