Valve Spring ID Locators

 Our Valve Spring ID Locators are Machined from Chrome Moly Steel bar stock then specially Case Hardened to resist wear.

Unlike cups which hold the spring from the outside diameter of the outer spring, ID locators hold the spring using the inside diameter of the inner spring.

 Since ID locators have a smaller outside diameter, they are normally used in applications where cups are too large to fit the spring pad.

Locators w/ .569" center hole are commonly used on aftermarket heads with .562" guides.

The majority of modern aftermarket heads use .562" guides.

Dart, Pro Topline, RHS, Brodix, AFR, Edelbrock, Pro Comp, etc. 

     Fits:

• Applications with Minimum: 1.550" X .562" Spring Seat Diameter.
